the midnight oil group is pleased to announce the launch of a new website and employee portal for Alline Salon Group, a Michigan-based franchisee that owns and operates over 400 salons throughout the Midwest – including Supercuts, Holiday Hair and Cost Cutters. Alline Salon Group wanted to convey its fun, approachable personality and effectively showcase the organization as an employer brand of choice.

Additionally, the organization needed a password protected employee portal that could be accessed by all team leaders, managers and stylists. Our agency partnered with the client’s payroll team, IT and human resources technology staff to create an interactive, engaging platform that provides important employee information in one, easy-to-access place. The portal allows employees to view event calendars, download company handbooks and forms, access training and request PTO.
