Catapult Concepts launched three distinct delivery-only dining options in the Metro Detroit area in 2021. The company came to the midnight oil group to build out each of the brands in terms of voice, personality, messaging and creative content.

Brand Development

Working with existing logos and menus for each of the three launch brands – Bird in Hand,Cheesesteak Daddy and Pop’s Meatballs, the midnight oil group developed strategic brand guides that will be utilized as the brands move forward with marketing efforts. These guides included logo and style standards, brand voice and personality templates and correct examples of photography and creative use.

Content Creation, Photography & Videography

the midnight oil group spearheaded a comprehensive photo and video shoot for all three brands in order to create content for the online delivery platforms (DoorDash, UberEats and GrubHub), as well as for future social media marketing efforts. In addition to securing the space (with a working kitchen), we creative-directed the 4-hour shoot, capturing photo and video footage that could then be edited for a variety of purposes.

Social Media Marketing

After initial brand set up and expansion, the client asked our agency to continue with socialmedia marketing services. Using the photos and videos shot previously, our team createdmonthly content for each of the three brands, as well as implemented and managed anongoing digital ad strategy.
