Birmingham, Michigan (November 21, 2013) — Mills Pharmacy & Apothecary proudly announces the opening of a satellite store at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport.  Mills Pharmacy’s second location officially opened Saturday, November 16, 2013, in concourse B of Detroit’s McNamara terminal.

The store, which emulates the interior design and aesthetics of Mills’ Birmingham, Michigan, location, offers conventional and all-natural over-the-counter medications essential to travelers.  In addition to pharmaceuticals, Mills stocks high-end apothecary goods, like Jack Black grooming products, Coola sunscreen, Klorane hair care, Cire Trudon travel candles, Papaya! cosmetic bags and more.

“Being chosen as one of the few local companies to receive space inside the airport has been such an honor for us,” said Pierre Boutros, co-owner of Mills Pharmacy.  “We are delighted to have the opportunity to introduce visitors to our selection of personal care and gift items that we have hand-selected from around the globe.”

While the airport location is already open for business, Mills Pharmacy, and its partners, World Duty Free Group, plan a grand opening ceremony for January 2014.
